Here’s what our guarantee means when it’s your roof and your money. If we repair your roof in Orlando and that repair fails inside the guarantee period, we come back and fix it at no charge. That’s not a promise we hope to keep. It’s a written guarantee handed to you before the crew leaves your driveway. Every job starts with a written price, and that price doesn’t change unless you approve a change. We call it the 365-Day Done Right Promise because it lasts a full year. What’s Covered

• Workmanship on every repair. If our work fails within the guarantee period, Tilehurst returns at no charge to correct it, and that’s in writing, not a handshake.
• A written price before any work starts. You’ll know the full cost of the job before we put a ladder against your house, and that number is the number you pay.
• Careful protection of your home while we work. We cover landscaping, we protect your gutters, and we clean up every nail and shingle scrap before the crew leaves.
• Arrival within the window we gave you. If we say we’ll be there between 9 and 11, that’s when we show up. If something changes, we call you first.
• Genuine material choice. We stock and install products from GAF, CertainTeed, Owens Corning, IKO, Atlas, Tamko, and Boral, so the roof matches the home and the budget, not whatever happens to be on the truck.
• Background-checked, uniformed technicians. You’ll know exactly who is on your roof, with a name and a face, not a mystery subcontractor.

We don’t mail warranty documents a month later, and we don’t route you to a voicemail that never gets checked. The written guarantee is delivered before the crew leaves your property. If the repair fails inside the guarantee period, the return visit is free.
